Shopping on 224th Street

Shopping on 224th Street between Dewdney Trunk Road and the Lougheed Highway you will find many specialty shops, a children’s boutique, gift shops or stop for an ice cream cone or Panini.  On Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Haney Farmers Market at Memorial Peace Park where you will find local produce, baked goods and artisan stands.

Take a walk or bike ride on the Dyke

Explore the flat and scenic dyke trails of Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.  Enjoy the gorgeous views of the mountains while biking, walking or horseback riding.

Float down the Alouette River

Drop your tube in at Upper Maple Ridge Park 23200 Fern Crescent and float down river to Davidson’s Pool located at 23700 128 Cres.

The Alouette River is a great place to cool off but can be extremely dangerous. The river moves fast and children should never be left unattended.
