Join us Sunday at The ACT Maple Ridge for a festival celebrating the written word. Writers and readers are invited to an all-day community event complete with workshops, manuscript evaluations, and a lively discussion about reading and Canadian authors over afternoon tea. There is no charge for most of the events. Afternoon Tea tickets will be available for $5 through The ACT. This event is suitable for teens and adults.

Details: Concurrent one hour writing workshops at 10:30am – Writing Memoir with Sylvia Taylor and Writing Short Stories with KT (Katherine) Wagner. This will be followed by a Skeleton Keys – Tools for your Creative Toolbox workshop by Michelle Fogel. In the afternoon there will be a tea.
