Located just over an hour outside of Vancouver, BC, Harrison Hot Springs is a small world-renowned resort made famous by its hot springs. Naturally, the first thing that comes to mind when you think about Harrison Hot Springs is the hot springs themselves. There are two places within the limits of Harrison Hot Springs where you can experience these warm pools of water:

  • Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa – these resort is open year round and offers five different pools to explore, making it a popular and easy weekend trip.
  • Harrison Hot Springs Public Pool – if you are not staying at the resort then you can still enjoy the hot springs in a safe environment by visiting the public pool.

If you are willing to venture outside of Harrison Hot Springs, Harrison Lake is also home to two other springs, located near Port Douglas and Clear Creek.

2. Harrison’s Floating Water Park

Harrison Hot Springs hosts a gigantic floating obstacle course that is loads of fun for family member of almost all ages. This inflatable water park is open from early June until early September, and provides great, family friendly all day entertainment for under $30 per person.

If you love golfing, Harrison has two courses that are conveniently located in Harrison Hot Springs and Harrison Mills.

  • Harrison Resort Golf Course – this course is one of the community’s best-kept secrets. The Harrison Resort Golf Course is a 9 hole, PGA rated course that spans over 36 hectares.
  • Sandpiper Golf Course – this course is a breathtaking par 72 course, which boasts perfectly manicured landscapes, beautiful wildlife, and a magnificent backdrop of the Harrison River.
