Shopping Local for the Holidays on BC’s Scenic Route 7

Although travel is not recommended at this time, those in each of the communities along BC’s Scenic Route 7 have the opportunity to shop locally through the holiday season. With many wonderful shops from Coquitlam through Hope, it was tough to narrow down – however, here’s seven of those shops that we love along the Holiday Highway!

PRESSLAND GENERAL

Located on the west end of Mission’s historic First Avenue is a charming little shop that you’ll wish you found sooner! Pressland General carries a wide array of goods, from apparel to apothecary. You’d be sure to find something for just about anyone on your list, and if you’d like to get custom, they have a print shop at the back of their store!

ARTISAN’S ATTIC & FUDGERY GIFT SHOPPE
326 Wallace Street, Hope

Right in the heart of Hope’s downtown, this delightful shop features the beautiful high-quality wares of local Artisans, as well as a large variety of other fine gifts. They are also known for their delicious homemade fudge, in a wide variety of flavours. Grab some for your loved ones, and maybe a little extra for yourself!
