Exciting events and experiences await and there’s no better route to take than Scenic Route 7 to get in on the fun! From grooving to live music events to getting a taste of local culture, to browsing fresh offerings at summer markets, you’ll find a delightful variety of events the whole family will enjoy. We’ve compiled a list of must-do events of the summer – all you have to do is hop in the car and hit the Scenic Route!


Worldwide Food Festival

Caribbean Days Festival

BC Dumpling Fesitval

If you love dumplings, there’s only one place to be on August 10th. Celebrate the various ways different cultures create the beloved food and experience as many as you can eat!

BC Summer Games

Maple Ridge Pitt Meadows Country Fest

Agassiz Speedway
Several dates through the summer | Agassiz Speedway, 5045 Cemetery Road

Enjoy the adrenaline pumping sport of stock car racing right here on Scenic Route 7. Throughout the summer, you’ll be able to get close up views of these incredible machines as they’re pushed to the limits on the racetrack.

Summer Harvest Series

The Summer Harvest Series is an event series for the senses, highlighting the rich agriculture and spirit of farm-to-table experiences. Enjoy one or many of the five events happening this summer.

Live on the Lawn at Homestead Cider
Sundays June 30 – August 25 | Homestead Craft Cider, 6046 Kamp Road

End your weekend off right with Sunday live music at Homestead Craft Cider. This beautiful spot promises a lovely experience as you enjoy locally made craft cider and food truck eats while taking in the wonderful melodies of local artists.
